Authorities in Spain are facing a crisis as over 1500 migrants have successfully arrived by sea from Morocco to the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, located on the northern coast of Africa. In response to the increasing number of arrivals, local officials are seeking a declaration of a state of emergency.
