Miss Universe Romania Supports Brother-in-Law at FCSB Match

FCSB kicked off its new Superliga season at Ghencea with a match against FC Argeș, where Daniel Bîrligea (26 years old) scored the opening goal in the 19th minute. He received strong support from his fiancée, Antonia, and her sister, Loredana Salanță, who is representing Romania in the Miss Universe 2024 competition.
Hailing from Bistrița, Loredana Salanță is a model who took part in the prestigious Miss Universe pageant this year.

Loredana is no stranger to the stadium scene, having previously shared on Instagram her attendance at the qualifying match for the 2026 World Cup, where Romania suffered a 0-1 defeat against Turkey in Istanbul.
In 2009, she was crowned “Miss World Romania,” and in 2024, she represented Romania at the “Miss Universe” competition. Loredana also became the first Romanian to hold the title of “Top Model of the World” in 2011.
Salanță graduated from the Romanian-American University with a degree in Law and was admitted to the acclaimed Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in California in 2013.

After missing the end of the previous season’s play-out, Daniel Bîrligea started the new season as a starter and found the back of the net in just 19 minutes. The FCSB forward perfectly timed his run to connect with a cross from Octavian Popescu, scoring with a header to the delight of approximately 7,000 fans present at Ghencea.
