A facility in Vyshneve that experienced detonation following a Russian bombardment does not fall under the control of Ukrainian armed forces, a spokesperson for the General Staff stated. He emphasized that the placement of ammunition depots and similar facilities near residential areas is prohibited by an order from the Commander-in-Chief.
