
Russia wants to ban the sale of cigarettes and electronic devices to zoomers
The State Duma put forward an initiative to ban the sale of tobacco and nicotine-containing products, devices for its consumption and hookahs to Russians born after December 31, 2009.
The corresponding bill has been sent to the government of the Russian Federation for review.
The goal of the initiative is to reduce the number of smokers among the younger generation and reduce the cost of their treatment, which costs more than 1 trillion rubles annually.
