Quorum Tower Reaches Full Height of 137 Meters in Wrocław

The Quorum Tower in Wrocław has achieved its full height of 137 meters, marking a significant milestone for the project, which is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027. This skyscraper will be the second tallest in the city, featuring 634 residential units and a range of amenities, including a spa area and padel courts.

Located at 15 Gen. Sikorskiego Street, the Quorum Tower is part of a larger mixed-use development on the banks of the Oder River. The area features a riverside promenade with over 6,000 planted shrubs and wooden walkways. It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Old Market Square, with nearby tram and bus stops, and the Wrocław Airport is about a 22-25 minute drive away.

The building’s location on Sikorskiego Street is notable for its limited transit traffic, despite being centrally situated, surrounded by restaurants and service points.

The architectural design includes an aluminum-glass façade, with distinctive rounded corners that enhance the view to 180 degrees in the edge apartments. The common spaces incorporate luxurious materials such as Italian quartz sintered stone, marble, and brushed aluminum in a champagne gold hue, all designed by Cavatina Group.

The lower-level apartments feature loggias, while units on higher floors have ceiling heights of 3.30 meters. Each apartment benefits from integrated ventilation modules that ensure a fresh air supply independently of the central air system, a feature unique to Cavatina Group in Poland.

The residential offering includes 634 apartments ranging from 25 to nearly 164 square meters, with 250 units already sold. Construction is projected to wrap up in early 2027.

Shared facilities feature a two-level lobby with 24-hour reception and concierge services, along with an expansive Spa & Wellness area exceeding 800 square meters, equipped with two jacuzzis, a salt inhalation chamber, three types of saunas (including an infrared sauna), a cinema room for around 12 people, a massage room, and a yoga and pilates area equipped with Technogym equipment.

On the seventh floor, residents will find padel courts overlooking the Oder, making Quorum Tower the first residential building in Poland to include such courts as part of its shared amenities. Padel is among the fastest-growing sports in Poland. Previously, venues with padel courts have only existed as standalone sports centers or within recreational complexes.

The fourth-floor podium features a garden with trees, shrubs, and architectural elements, along with a terrace situated directly above the water.

The tower is part of the broader Quorum complex, a mixed-use development on the former site of the Bolta battery factory. This project spans five buildings (designated A-E) over a total area of 10 hectares, integrating residential, office, and service functions. Construction has been ongoing since 2021, with four of the five buildings already completed.

As part of the Quorum development, Cavatina Group has also enhanced approximately 3.8 hectares of surrounding public spaces, including parks, streets, and bike paths. Once Quorum Tower is operational, Wrocław will have two buildings exceeding 100 meters in height, adding to the city’s skyline, which previously featured only one such structure in the center.

Resi Capital by Cavatina is among the fastest-growing residential developers in Poland, operating under Cavatina Group since 2020. The company manages a portfolio of nearly 5,300 apartments across seven completed projects and 11 under construction, focusing on premium residential and apartment projects in major Polish cities, including Warsaw, Katowice, Łódź, Bielsko-Biała, Kraków, Poznań, and Wrocław. Its distinctive approach involves comprehensive project execution in-house, covering land acquisition, design, commercialization, and construction to finishing.
