Igor Terekhov has voiced concerns regarding the government’s lack of response to the millions of displaced individuals who have lost their homes. He stated that significant issues remain in obtaining “e-Resilience” certificates and mechanisms for compensation for destroyed homes, which the state has yet to resolve. Currently, people urgently require compensation for their lost housing, as well as the establishment of social housing.
