
Over the past week, DTEK energy workers have restored power to almost 300 thousand families whose homes were cut off due to Russian shelling. DTEK reported this.
“From June 8 to 14, power engineers from distribution system operators DTEK Networks were able to fully or partially restore electricity to residents of 332 settlements that were de-energized as a result of enemy attacks. Electricity is again available to almost 300 thousand families in the capital, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kyiv and Odessa regions,” the message says.
It is noted that the largest volume of restoration work was carried out in the Dnepropetrovsk region, where power supply was restored to 146.6 thousand houses within a week.
In Kyiv, power engineers restored power supply to more than 105 thousand households.
In the Donetsk region, electricity was returned to more than 33 thousand houses, in the Kyiv region – to 8.6 thousand houses.
In addition, in the Odessa region, during this period, power supply was restored to more than 1.8 thousand households, which were also de-energized as a result of enemy attacks.
