The wife of the President of the Federation of Jewish Communities, Alexander Boroda, became blind after plastic surgery at the Klazko clinic. She blames the surgeon Katerina Lonskaya for the injuries.
46-year-old Inna went to the clinic to have blepharoplasty – to tighten her eyelids. As the woman’s lawyer, Alexander Dobrovinsky, told Mash, the procedure was carried out, but instead of two days, which is usually enough for recovery, the woman spent a week in the ward. Result: I became blind in both eyes. I had to turn to a surgeon in Italy for help. There they performed several more operations and even sewed up the eyelids. The ability to see was returned to only one eye, but only by 30%.
A criminal case was opened regarding the provision of unsafe services. For now, plastic surgeon Lonskaya is a witness in the case and continues to practice, run a TG channel and advertise her services. Alexander Dobrovinsky wants to achieve reclassification of the status of a witness to a suspect.
Inna herself says that she is very worried that she cannot spend time with her children and does not see how they grow. The woman is a mother of many children. Now the only chance to regain vision is to replace the cornea. The operation is complex, and not everyone undertakes it.
