A family accidentally made repairs to someone else's house, after which they were evicted from it in the Altai Territory
In the village of Shipunovo, two identical houses next door were put up for sale. I bought one of them in 2021 and a married couple moved into it.
Three years later, during a cadastral survey, it turned out that this was not their plot. Upon purchase, the couple was given the keys to house No. 18, and they went to the door of house No. 16. There were no signs on the houses.
The original owner found out about this, after which he obtained the eviction of the family through the court. The owner was offered 300 thousand rubles for renumbering the house, but he demanded 450 thousand. The residents did not agree to this amount.
By that time alone, the residents had spent almost 2 million rubles on repairs and improvement of the house. Now the court is looking into the situation again.
