Rospotrebnadzor does not allow the transmission within Russia of dangerous fevers that are not typical for the country. The head of the department, Anna Popova, told RIA Novosti about this.
This is how she answered the question of whether mosquitoes living in Russia can carry dangerous fevers. At the same time, the head of Rospotrebnadzor recalled that there are fevers that are transmitted through insects.
Therefore, regardless of where they are, people should avoid mosquito bites of any kind.
