In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a forest fire threatens the Old Believer settlement of Makarovo, located 120 kilometers downstream from Yeniseisk.

Due to the difficult fire situation in the Yenisei District, an emergency situation in the forests has been introduced. To prevent the fire from spreading to the settlement, the head of the territory asked rescuers to help deliver Forest Fire Center employees to the settlement.
On June 12, the firefighters were transported to Makarovo on two boats, the Rescue agency reported.
The fire is currently being extinguished.
