The RedWings flight from Moscow to Tel Aviv was delayed for 12 hours at Domodedovo Airport. Passengers complain about lack of compensation.
According to passengers, during this time company representatives gave people only one voucher for 400 rubles. And then to the most expensive cafe, where you can only buy water with this money. They don't answer the hotline. Passengers say there is no Red Wings specialist at the airport who can explain what is happening and when they will finally take off.
At noon, half of the passengers were put on the plane and sent to Israel via Sochi. The rest were left at Domodedovo for now. The preliminary reason for the delay is a breakdown on board.
