According to investigators, the procedure lasted nearly two months. The teenager repeatedly tried to make payments for the ordered products using the payment card connected to the account.

Over a hundred shopping attempts
As the officers found out, The 15-year-old made as many as 109 attempts to complete the transaction. In 21 cases, payments were made, while 88 operations ended in failure. One of the reasons why part of the transaction was rejected was the lack of sufficient funds in the account.
Although individual purchases usually amounted to several dozen zlotys, the total value of paid orders exceeded PLN 1,300.
Energy, games and an unusual mascot
The list of purchases made by the teenager turned out to be quite diverse. Most often, he ordered top-ups for computer games, energy drinks and sweets.
The items purchased also included: a personalized mug, speakers, headphones, perfume and even a plush capybara.

Investigators determined that all purchases were made without the knowledge or consent of the company account owner.
The court will decide on the further fate
The 15-year-old was charged with committing 109 criminal acts. During interrogation, he admitted to the activities he was accused of.
After completing the procedural steps, the boy was transferred to his father's care. The family court will now decide what consequences he will face for his actions.
The case also shows how important it is to properly secure online accounts and regularly monitor transaction history and access to payment data.
