In the Krasnoyarsk microdistrict Tikhie Zori, fire safety violations were discovered after unscheduled inspections by the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Ilya Zaitsev spoke about this.
According to him, the checks were carried out based on requests and requests from the prosecutor's office. Experts have found that passages for fire equipment in the neighborhood are narrowed by fences, posts, concrete blocks and garbage cans. Dismantled ladders on balconies and blocked emergency hatches were also discovered.
The owner of the land plot with the fence was issued an order and imposed an administrative fine. He is now appealing this decision in the arbitration court. The management company Planeta also received an order. In relation to the Criminal Code there is a procedure for bringing to responsibility.
At the same time, the city authorities made several decisions on the transport situation in the neighborhood. At the suggestion of residents, the dedicated lane for public transport on the Nikolaevsky Bridge towards the Oktyabrsky district was removed. A traffic light was also installed at the junction.
Until August 30, it is planned to expand the access roads to the school under construction. In addition, on behalf of the head of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Vereshchagin, in about two weeks a free parking lot with 400 spaces should be opened on a temporarily empty site.
The construction of a road from Lesnikov Street to Sverdlovskaya Street is also being worked on. Now they are looking for funding for this.
