Residents and guests of the country began to monitor their health more closely. Since the beginning of the year, the number of requests for comprehensive examination has increased by 13% compared to last year.

In addition, analysts from MegaFon and the Index.INVITRO project in a joint study noted a growing interest in Russian diagnostics on the part of foreigners.

Residents of the following five regions are the most attentive to their body, where the largest number of orders for diagnostic services per 100 people was recorded. The Kurgan region is in the lead with a result of 6.2 orders. Next come the Altai Republic – 5.97, Novosibirsk Region – 5.55, Chelyabinsk Region – 5.51 and Kaliningrad Region – 5.2.

According to the analytical project Index.INVITRO, the maximum number of examinations is ordered by Russians over 57 years of age. This generation accounts for just over 22% of all laboratory visits. Young people also take care of their health, so people aged 26 to 36 took second place in the ranking with an indicator of 19.7%. Closing the top three are clients aged 37 to 46 years with a share of 18.7%. Moreover, women make up about 65% of the total number of clients.

On the Internet the situation looks somewhat different. People aged 35 to 44 years prefer to study medical sites, who make up 34% of the entire online audience of specialized sites. Students and young people aged 18 to 24, on the contrary, access such resources less often than others – their share barely reaches 2.5%. Women are also more active on the Internet: they are interested in diagnostics 69% more often than men.

According to the operator’s statistics, residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory most often check their health in the off-season. Analysts record the first surge of interest in medical services in the spring, when the need arises to compensate for winter vitamin deficiency. The second wave occurs in the fall due to a seasonal increase in incidence. Thus, in 2025, the highest rates in the region were in October and November. At the same time, millennials (35-44 years old) are the most attentive to their health, making up 36% of the online audience of specialized platforms.

Most users schedule examinations on weekdays, so half of all Internet traffic occurs from Monday to Wednesday.

Foreign guests also actively visit the websites of medical companies. This year, information was most often sought by users from Belarus, Turkey, China, Egypt and Thailand. They accounted for 60% of all foreign traffic on specialized sites. It is noteworthy that in 2025 the top 5 looked different: Turkey took the first place, followed by Belarus, Kazakhstan, the UAE and Thailand.
