Tourists lost in the dark were rescued on the Kashtakovskaya trail in Krasnoyarsk

June 9 9:46

On the evening of June 8 in Krasnoyarsk, a group of four people got lost on the Kashtakovskaya trail in the Bobrovy Log area. As darkness fell, the paths leading to the exit from the forest became invisible, and people realized that they would not be able to get out on their own.

Tourists turned to professionals for help. Having received approximate landmarks of their location by phone, the search and rescue team immediately went to the area.

“It took regional rescuers about 30 minutes to find the lost outdoor enthusiasts. They were taken out of the forest and safely delivered to the city,” the institution said.

Experts ask tourists to remember the unpredictability of nature and the importance of careful preparation for hikes.
