A man hangs for two hours in a 10th floor window on Udaltsova Street in western Moscow. He does not make contact and asks not to approach him.
Rescuers, ambulance and police are on site. They are waiting for the arrival of psychologists.
UPD. The man was saved. Emergency Situations Ministry employees dragged him from the ledge through the window into the entrance and handed him over to psychologists.
