Gigi Becali announces the summer at FCSB: “He signs for two years”

FCSB continues to outline his squad for the new season, and after the announcements regarding the future transfers, Gigi Becali has given big news to the red-blue fans.
Present at the beheading of Giorgios, the son of Ianis Hagi, Becali let it be understood that he had reached an agreement with Florin Tănase, the vice-captain of the red-blue formation, and that he would sign a new contract valid for the next two years.

The financier FCSB promises that the team will be strengthened this summer through several transfers and confirmed the continuation of the collaboration with Florin Tănase.

The announcement comes just a few days after MM Stoica revealed that the FCSB boss was going to hold talks with Florin Tănase to extend the deal. At that time, however, there was no confirmation that the two sides would reach an agreement.

Arriving at his second adventure in the red-blue shirt, Florin Tănase remains one of the most important people in the team.
The attacking midfielder was first transferred by FCSB in 2016, from Viitorul, and in 2022 he went to the United Arab Emirates, to Al Jazira. After experiences abroad, including at Al Okhdood, Tănase returned to FCSB in the summer of 2024.

In the recently concluded season, Florin Tănase was FCSB's top scorer, with 17 goals and 8 assists in 51 matches played in all competitions. In total, he collected 320 games in the red-blue shirt, in which he scored 105 goals and provided 54 assists.
Quoted at 2 million euros, Tănase has two Romanian championship titles in his record, one with Viitorul and one with FCSB, as well as a Romanian Cup and a Supercup won with the Bucharest team.
