It all happened near the Ryazan District Administration building. Ten schoolchildren clashed. Two deputies of the local head had just left work. With suits and status. We tried to stop the massacre. But authority did not work.
Aggressive youth knocked out Boris Yasinsky (pictured on the right), he suffered a concussion. Denis Turkhanov was beaten. Both officials have already removed the beatings. They wrote a statement to the police. Juvenile fighters are under threat of criminal prosecution.
