Muscovites are advised to get used to the heat: scientists have predicted how the climate on Earth will change in 60 years
In 60 years, the climate in Moscow will resemble the weather conditions of present-day Krasnodar, and residents of Murmansk will have to get used to the climate of St. Petersburg.
Researchers say temperatures are slowly drifting towards the equator. For clarity, ecologists from the University of Maryland have compiled a map of warming in the world's cities.
At the same time, the worst situation will be in areas close to the equator – there the heat can become completely unbearable.
