Reductions at Ikea near Warsaw. The company comments on the layoffs in Janki


Teresa Teleżyńska, public relations leader of IKEA Retail in Poland, in an interview with przegladpiaseczynski.pl (Janki is located close to Piaseczno) confirmed changes in the company, including layoffs of some employees.

Reductions in factories and changes at the company's headquarters

The company representative also said that the Inter IKEA Group announced planned employment reductions, among others in factories in Wielbark and Goleniów, related to a decline in the level of orders for specific product groups. — On the other hand, the Ingka Group, which manages in Poland, among others, IKEA stores and shopping centers, is currently transforming at the national headquarters level, she said.
