The shooter caught up with the victim at a construction site, after another shot the young man fell, and the killer finished him off with a control shot to the head. The deceased lives in the yard next to the crime scene.
The Investigative Committee opened two criminal cases under articles “Murder” and “Illegal possession of weapons.” The killer faces up to 15 years in prison. The police are looking for the criminal.
