Beeline will provide AI technologies to the largest TV operator in Russia

The largest Russian pay television operator Tricolor will use Beeline's AI technologies to increase the efficiency of technical support and improve user experience.

The corresponding agreement was signed on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026).

Under the agreement, Beeline will provide the customer with access to technical interfaces and user applications of three neural network models, and will also provide support for their operation 24/7. A comprehensive solution called CDNvideo AI Hub will partially automate the work of the Tricolor contact center, help the operator process requests faster and with better quality, and also optimize the costs of customer support and troubleshooting.

Beeline’s AI solutions will significantly strengthen Tricolor’s technical support, serve to increase the company’s economic efficiency, and make life easier for its employees and clients.”
