Rumors regarding a transfer of Denzel Dumfries to Real Madrid (30 years old) are becoming more frequent. It seems that the Madrid players still have to pay the termination clause in his contract with Inter, in the amount of 20 million euros, so it is a matter of time until the move will be made official.
The news was welcomed by Holland coach Ronald Koeman (63), although not without a trace of regret. The former Barcelona manager admitted he would have preferred to see his compatriot arrive at the Camp Nou instead of the Santiago Bernabeu.

The 30-year-old has established himself as one of the best attacking full-backs in Europe and has been a key figure for Inter and the Dutch national team, sparking the interest of several big-name European clubs, including Real Madrid.
Despite being close to the biggest transfer of his life, Ronald Koeman has said he would have liked Denzel Dumfries to play for Barcelona.
“I don't know if the transfer is completely complete, but if anyone deserves it, it's Denzel. However, I would prefer to see him play for Barcelona”, the 63-year-old national team coach, who is a Barcelona legend, said with a smile, according to sports.yahoo.com.
