Demand for renting country houses in the Krasnoyarsk Territory increased by 51%

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the demand for daily rental of country houses has noticeably increased by the summer season. This was reported by TASS with reference to data from Avito Travel.
According to analysts, the number of vacation rental bookings in the region increased by 51% compared to last year. In Russia as a whole, the demand for daily rental of suburban properties has increased by 18% by the summer of 2026.

Most often, country houses are chosen for trips by large groups. On average, six people stay in houses and cottages, and the vacation lasts about five days. The average cost per day is 9.7 thousand rubles.
Crimea showed the most noticeable dynamics among the regions. There, demand for suburban housing increased by 82%. Also, the number of bookings increased in the Penza region by 69%, Mordovia by 64%, the Belgorod region by 63% and the Krasnoyarsk Territory by 51%.
Apartments remain the most common accommodation format. They are most often booked in the Krasnodar Territory, Crimea, Kaliningrad, Leningrad and Moscow regions. The average cost of one night in an apartment is 5.2 thousand rubles.
The researchers noted that the choice depends on the type of travel. Apartments are rented for shorter and more compact trips, and country houses are more often booked for holidays by groups of several days.
