In Achinsk, a criminal investigation has been completed against a 53-year-old local resident who beat a schoolboy in the entrance. The indictment was approved by the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

According to investigators, in April, four teenagers came to one of the houses in the city to invite a friend for a walk. While the schoolchildren were waiting for a friend on the landing of the first floor, a man ran out to them from the second floor with a metal shoehorn in his hands.

Frightened, the children tried to run away. Three succeeded, but one of the boys tripped and fell. A man struck a 13-year-old schoolboy at least 14 times with a spoon.

As the accused explained, the cause of the conflict was noise at the entrance. According to him, teenagers regularly gathered in the house, made noise and damaged common property, and their comments had no effect.

“I just wanted to scare him so that he and his friends would not gather at the entrance,” the man explained his behavior.

The prosecutor's office charged the Achin resident under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism with the use of violence and the use of an object as a weapon). The criminal case was sent to the Achinsk City Court for consideration on the merits.
