The Ministry of Culture said that Eldzhey’s performance at the festival would correspond to traditional values, but social activists from the “Coordination Council” got involved, and the moral pendulum began to spin again.
The police responded to their request that the rapper was being carefully monitored, his performances would be checked and they would do their best to look for anything prohibited in them.
