A citywide religious procession will take place in Krasnoyarsk

This coming Sunday, June 7th, Orthodox Krasnoyarsk residents will hold a religious procession from the Paraskeva Pyatnitsa chapel on Karaulnaya Hill to the construction site of the cathedral on Strelka.

As reported in the diocese, the citywide left bank religious procession will begin at 12:00, led by Metropolitan Nikita of Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk.

Participants An icon of the saints of the Krasnoyarsk Metropolis will be carried through the streets. Everyone will be able to join the procession by joining the rear part of the column.

The event will take place as part of the celebration of the 165th anniversary of the Krasnoyarsk diocese.
