35% of Russians want parents of smoking children to be fined – survey
42% of Russians opposed the introduction of fines for parents of children who smoke, 23% found it difficult to answer.
Fathers approve of the initiative more often than mothers: the introduction of fines was supported by 38% of men and 32% of women. It is noted that 27% of Russians who smoke themselves supported the initiative.
