They want to ban tattoo artists without medical education from working in Russia. The initiative is already in the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko. As several tattoo artists told Mash, now only a salon needs a license for medical services. Craftsmen work without special permits and most often simply rent space.
