A part of the CSA Steaua supporters claim that they have found a solution in the attempt to obtain the right to promotion in the Superliga next season.
Those from AS 47 claim that they have sent a proposal to Radu Miruță, the Minister of Defense, through which they undertake to help the club with money, with the idea that CSA Steaua should associate with a private company and the football team should no longer be a departmental one.
Along with them, the supporters are also trying to attract sponsorships from Romanian companies, according to the message that appeared on social networks.
As a club under public law, CSA Steaua does not have the right to promote to League 1 at the end of this season. Only from next season could he fight for promotion, if he changes his status.

“We have taken the first concrete step. The supporters have officially submitted a proposal to the Minister of National Defense, Radu Miruță, via the e-mail address ([email protected]) made available during the recent press conference, in which the minister expressed his desire to find solutions to unblock the legal situation of the club from Ghencea.
What do we propose? We are ready to financially support Steaua in their promotion to League 1. We know that supporters cannot support a club alone – but they can help it. And we choose to do it.
Concretely, we are actively working with several important Romanian companies and we estimate that we can raise 500,000 euros in two months, with the potential to reach a sponsorship of almost one million euros from next season itself. Why is this moment important?
Steaua is still stuck in League 2 due to its status as a club under public law, incompatible with affiliation to the Professional Football League. Minister Miruță announced that the Ministry of Defense is considering association with private entities – and we are responding to this call.
What's next? We want to organize a meeting at the Steaua stadium in the next period, but also to communicate directly with all those who cannot physically travel. No stellar voice should go unheard. We are the supporters of Romania's biggest brand, we are Steaua”, the AS47 page reported.
