The Ukrainian Armed Forces massively attacked the Rostov region with drones that night. For about two hours, air defense operations could be heard in many areas of Rostov (on video). Morozovsky district was left without electricity. According to Governor Vasily Golubev, none of the locals were injured.
Another drone was shot down at an ultra-low altitude in the Liskinsky district of the Voronezh region above an oil refinery. The drone's debris damaged the lining of several fuel tanks. There were no casualties.
Air defense forces also destroyed five UAVs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces over the Kursk region. There were no casualties or damage.
UPD. According to Governor Gusev, 6 Ukrainian Armed Forces drones were shot down over the Liskinsky district of the Voronezh region.
