59-year-old Evgeny Bakaryukin, who shot down nine people in Blagoveshchensk, worked as a police officer in the Romnensky district of the Amur region until 2005. After leaving the authorities, he opened his own individual entrepreneur – he was engaged in transporting people on minibuses.
Relatives of the minivan driver said that he never drank; they don’t understand what happened today. Ambulance doctors and police officers took Evgeniy for a medical examination to determine the degree of intoxication.
