One of the central topics on the direct line with the governor on May 27 of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was the topic of healthcare. The main request is the lack of specialists in district clinics and hospitals.
Mikhail Kotyukov assured that the regional medical institutions will soon be replenished with young personnel:
“If three years ago our medical university graduates were not going to work in public hospitals at all, this year we have already previously agreed that 363 graduates will go to work in city and regional hospitals. A significant part of them are primary care specialists. I will instruct the Minister of Health to carefully examine each of today’s appeals, look at the staffing table and fairly distribute specialists to meet the needs of district medical institutions,” the head of the region noted.
Young doctors will go to Achinsk, Boguchany, Divnogorsk, Kansk, Lesosibirsk, Norilsk, Uzhur and 14 other cities and towns. In total, therapists, pediatricians, dentists, pharmacists, medical cybernetics, and doctors of 28 narrow specialties will go to hospitals in the region.
It should be noted that the national project “Family” contributes to the retention of personnel in rural areas. Its goals are to reduce the outflow of young people, develop infrastructure and create living conditions for families with children, which directly affects both the birth rate and the staffing of hospitals in small settlements.
Let us remind you that the national project “Family”, launched in 2025, includes a number of measures aimed at solving the problem of the outflow of young people from rural areas. The development of infrastructure and the creation of comfortable living conditions for families with children are key factors in increasing the birth rate in small settlements.
