Researchers told how many Russians are ready to take out a loan for a summer vacation

Every third working Russian plans to travel in the summer. At the same time, 3% of them are planning to take out or have already taken out a vacation loan, according to the SuperJob study.
In total, 62% of working Russians planned a summer vacation. Some of the respondents will spend it at home or in the country, and 25% want to travel around Russia. Another 7% are planning a trip abroad. Among those who are planning to vacation abroad, vacation loans are issued more often. According to the service, 5% of travelers take out loans for such trips. Among those planning a trip to Russia, the share of such respondents is 2%.
Women are more likely than men to choose to travel around the country. Men, on the other hand, were more likely to report that they would go without vacation this summer. According to SuperJob, young employees under 35 are more likely to be left without summer holidays. At the same time, trips abroad are more often planned by Russians under 35 years of age, while dachas and trips around Russia are more often chosen by older people.
The survey was conducted from May 11 to May 20, 2026. 3,000 working Russians from all districts of the country took part in it.
