Bari Alibasov, who suffered a stroke, refused prescribed antidepressants and anticonvulsants. According to Mash, the 77-year-old showman does not want to take pills because they cause side effects: dizziness, weakness and memory problems.
The Honored Artist of the Russian Federation suffered a stroke in February. He is now under medical supervision. Doctors prescribed antidepressants to avoid low mood due to brain problems. But Alibasov wants to cope with the consequences without medication. In a conversation with Mash, he said that he doesn’t want to know what antidepressants are, and shared his feelings:

After the stroke, the artist’s vision, hearing and coordination became worse. But now Alibasov takes primarily cardiovascular medications. In general, doctors call his condition satisfactory.
