Those from Como beat Cremonese away with a decisive 4-1 and, thanks to Milan's defeat to Cagliari at the “San Siro”, they managed to secure fourth position and a historic qualification for the Champions League.

After Juventus was defeated at home by Fiorentina in the penultimate stage, now the Milan team has also been laughed at. In a match where a draw would have been enough to qualify for the European elite, the Rossoneri lost.

Como qualified for the Champions League, AC Milan and Juventus were laughed at

Unlike these two giants, who have not lived up to their standards for several years, little Como, newly promoted to Serie A, managed, under the leadership of Cesc Fabregas, to do something absolutely incredible and qualify for the Champions League for the first time.

Jesus Rodriguez and Duvikas gave Como a big enough lead, unattainable for Cremonese, in the 36th and 51st minutes. When the hosts reduced the deficit to 2-1 through Bonazzoli from the penalty spot, the Como players rallied and Da Cunha, with two goals, solved the problem.

To make it even more painful for Milan, the Rossoneri took the lead in the second minute and looked like they would end the game easily, but Borelli and Rodriguez caught the hosts by surprise and reversed the result.

Unlike Milan, Roma easily settled the game against Verona, triumphing 2-0, thus consolidating their third position and ensuring their participation in the most important European competition next year, alongside Inter, Napoli and Como.

The match between Torino and Juventus, in which Juve had an advantage, got off to a late start due to incidents caused by supporters, but the “Old Lady” had no chance in the Champions League anyway after today's results.
