An Astrakhan woman convicted of drug trafficking, out of envy and revenge, deprived her Azerbaijani ex-husband of Russian citizenship. The victim of the woman moment has not been able to return her red passport for two years now.
Olga and Hakim got married in 2017. Over the five years of marriage, the lady managed to get her husband into trouble with the law. In 2018, she was caught stealing, received a year and a half of correctional labor, but escaped from investigation. In 2019, she was supposed to be jailed for 2 months and 20 days for escaping, but she got off with 30 days. In February 2022, Madame was imprisoned for 5 days for hooliganism, and in October she was caught with marijuana in her pocket. The court sentenced her to 8 years in prison. At that moment, the husband realized that he was tired and filed for divorce. Because he didn’t want to warm his criminal wife. After a while, he married someone else, had two children and invested in the construction business.
Behind bars, Olya learned about the happy life of her ex-husband, was offended and complained about him to the prosecutor's office demanding that his citizenship be taken away. Allegedly, the couple entered into an alliance so that Hakim could live in the country legally. According to the man, already in September 2022 the marriage was recognized as fictitious, and in 2023 the Ministry of Internal Affairs declared the information about obtaining citizenship unreliable. Hakim's passport was taken away. Later, through the court, he and his lawyer overturned the decision, but it was impossible to return the document.
Hakim went to the Migration Service, but it was a fiasco. The old passport was destroyed, they won’t give him a new one, because there’s not a word in the database that his citizenship was returned to him. The result is that Olya is finishing her potatoes and fish in the colony, and Hakim has closed his business and cannot pay taxes and support his new family.
