A member of the North Korean delegation drowned while swimming in Moscow

Kim was in Russia on a working visit. According to media reports, 64-year-old Kim Kum Chol was a representative of a Korean agricultural enterprise; he came to Moscow as part of a delegation and lived at the DPRK embassy. In the heat, a foreigner went to cool off and relax on the beach in Zelenograd and disappeared.
The alarm was raised by Kim's colleagues, who a few hours later found only his belongings on the shore. They turned to the police for help.
They searched for him for several hours, but never found him. The next day, the Korean's body floated to the surface of the pond and he was identified. The incident is being investigated.
