
As a result of massive Russian shelling on the night of May 24, the government building received minor damage. This was announced in X by Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko.
According to the prime minister, windows in a 10-story skyscraper located on Grushevskogo Street 12/2 were blown out by the explosion.
There were no casualties.
However, throughout Ukraine, as Sviridenko indicated, more than 80 people were injured and four were killed as a result of Russian shelling of residential areas.
“Having failed to break Ukraine and having suffered huge losses in military and economic terms, the aging Russian dictator has nothing more to offer,” the prime minister emphasized.
Also, due to Russian shelling, the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine received minor damage.
Due to powerful explosions, the premises of the Institute of Literature named after T.G. were also seriously damaged. Shevchenko NAS of Ukraine, located on Grushevsky Street.
“The Institute’s library, book depositories, and most departments were damaged. The difficult financial situation of the country’s oldest literary institution has become even more complicated,” the institute said in a statement.
