Four men involved in the fight in the Old Center of the Capital, between two groups of Romanians and Ukrainians, the latter who came for the concert in Bucharest of the Belarusian singer Max Korzh, were detained, writes News.ro.

The Capital Police mentioned that the policemen of Section 27 were informed by the gendarmes about a conflict that broke out between several people of Romanian and Ukrainian nationality, at an address in Sector 3, Bucharest.
“The checks carried out on the spot showed that two men, foreign citizens, aged 29 and 51, were physically assaulted by two other men, aged 33 and 39, by hitting them with blunt objects on the head. As a result of the incident, the 51-year-old man suffered bodily injuries, requiring medical attention. In the context of the conflict, all the people involved exercised acts of violence against each other, consisting of beatings, physical assaults and the throwing of some furniture belonging to commercial companies in the vicinity, acts carried out in the public space, likely to disturb public order and peace”, said the quoted source.

Based on the administered evidence, the four men were detained for 24 hours and will be presented to the magistrates with legal proposals.

Two groups of Romanians and Ukrainians, the latter coming for the concert in Bucharest by the Belarusian singer Max Korzh, got into a fight in the Old Center of the Capital, one of the Ukrainians being injured and in need of medical attention. He was transported to the University Hospital, and the other scandal-mongers were questioned at the 27th Police Department.

The conflict was reported to the police on Friday morning, around 3:00 a.m., by the Bucharest gendarmes, who managed to calm it down. According to judicial sources cited by News.ro, the Romanians are members of the Gremium motorcycle group.

The police have drawn up a criminal file for disturbing public order and peace and hitting or other violence, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the 3rd District Court.

According to judicial sources, the conflict took place in front of a club on Covaci Street, in the Old Center of the Capital.

“The Ukrainian citizens are fans who came to Romania for the concert of the Belarusian singer Max Korzh, on Saturday, at the National Arena, and the Romanians are members of the Gremium motorcyclist group,” the cited sources state.
