As part of the settlement, Donald Trump dropped his lawsuits against the IRS for leaking his 2019 and 2020 tax returns while in office and dropped his claims for damages for an FBI search of his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida amid an investigation into his withholding of secret documents.
