Estonian teachers fail Estonian language exam
This fall, schools across the country are massively switching to teaching in Estonian. Teachers who continue to teach in Russian must know Estonian at least level B2. Those who will teach children in Estonian are at least C1.
As a result, only 20% of teachers successfully passed this language exam.
