The move comes naturally after the company has grown steadily, from an entrepreneurial agency founded in 1997 to one of the biggest players in the organized tourism industry in Romania.

The Christian Tour story thus grows beyond the industry in which it operates, being the first travel agency taking the step towards the capital market. The evolution comes after years in which the company went beyond the classic role of a tour operator and became a group that also built its own infrastructure in tourism. And entering the stock market is essentially a maturing step. For the company, it means access to capital for development and accelerating expansion plans. For the market, it means the appearance of the first large Romanian tour operator announcing its intention to list on the stock exchange.
The initial public offering will take place between May 21-28, 2026, and the price range is between 1,875 lei and 2,135 lei per share. After completion, the shares are expected to be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the symbol TRIP.
Retail investors will be able to subscribe at the fixed price of 2,135 lei per share and benefit from a 5% discount in the first three working days of the offer.
The offer includes both newly issued shares and existing shares put up for sale by the founding shareholder, the funds raised from the newly issued shares will be directed to the development of the company and the acceleration of investment plans.
In 2025, Christian Tour served hundreds of thousands of tourists and continued to strengthen its position among the top tour operators in Romania.
