— Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Alexander Moiseev
— International Children's Center “Artek” (???????)Kadyrov Public Foundation and the Belarusian Youth Union
— Head of the Federal Property Management Agency Vadim Yakovenko
— Billionaire Roman Trotsenko.
Also on the list are 19 Chinese and nine Turkish companies for circumventing sanctions against Russia.
