OpenAI accelerates stock exchange debut. A possible date has been announced


OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, has been preparing the ground for a public offering for several months, the value of which is expected to be over USD 1 trillion. The draft prospectus may be submitted as early as Friday, thus starting the countdown to the autumn public offering, writes the Financial Times.

The debut may take place as early as September. The company's CEO, Sam Altman, has been pushing for the $852 billion startup. went public before its main rival, Anthropic, which is also preparing for a stock exchange debut this year.
