The differences in the proposed rates for the cashier-salesperson position were examined by the “Fakt” daily.
The analysis shows that in Łomża (Podlaskie Voivodeship) you can receive from PLN 3.7 to PLN 5 thousand per hand. PLN net. On the other hand in Biała Podlaska (Lublin Voivodeship) the offered salary is PLN 4,000. PLN net. Interestingly, the capital does not stand out at all against this background – either in the very center of Warsaw and in Praga-Północ, franchisees offer employees PLN 4.5 thousand each. PLN net.
In Rybnik (Silesian Voivodeship), a cashier-seller will earn from PLN 4.66 to PLN 5.3 thousand. PLN gross. It's a bit better in Siechnice near Wrocław, where the range is from 5 to 5.5 thousand. PLN gross. In Poznań and Bydgoszcz, employees can count on very similar earnings – respectively: PLN 4.9-6 thousand. PLN gross and PLN 4.8-6.2 thousand PLN gross.
However, Kraków turned out to be the absolute leader in the ranking. In the capital of Małopolska, candidates can expect from PLN 6,000. up to 8 thousand PLN gross.

What do employers expect in return? The profile of the ideal candidate for a gas station is repeatable in all voivodeships. Franchisees are demanding above all readiness to work in shifts (including nights and weekends), current sanitary and epidemiological booklet and high communication skills.
The main tasks of the employee include professional customer service in accordance with the company's standards, operating the cash register, ensuring proper display of goods and maintaining cleanliness in the facility.
A key element is also the active sale of products and services, including: catering supplies. In return, station operators offer stable employment, flexible schedules, training packages, employee discounts and bonus systems depending on sales results.
