▪️Kyiv was in contact with the Trump administrationbut these discussions take place at the “general level”;
▪️After the conversation with Trump, it is necessary to move on to some format of conversation with the Russians. The USA, Ukraine, Russians and the EU should be at the negotiating table;
▪️Other offers on security guarantees should be backed up by a sufficient number of weapons from the US and Europe and supporting Kyiv in the development of its own defense industry.
