Drivers are paying more for gasoline again. Prices are the lowest in this region

Drivers of petrol cars experienced an unpleasant surprise this week. After a short period of respite, prices at gas stations rose again, reacting to the situation on the wholesale market. The scale of these increases is precisely reflected in the latest expert calculations.
“Drivers have not yet had time to get used to cheaper filling up of petrol when the prices at gas stations, along with rising wholesale prices, have become significantly higher again. The latest price report from e-petrol.pl shows that the popular “95” costs as much as 14 cents more than in mid-May – PLN 6.42/l. — wrote analysts.
A completely different mood prevails among owners of cars with diesel and gas installations. In the case of diesel oil, the increase was symbolic – diesel became more expensive by only 1 grosz per liter and its average price in the country is currently PLN 6.82/l. In turn, drivers who fill up with autogas can speak of great success. LPG became cheaper on average by 4 groszy per liter compared to mid-May, reaching PLN 3.68/l.
A fuel paradise in the Lublin region
Geographic analysis of fuel prices in Poland shows huge differences between individual voivodeships.
Data collected by e-petrol.pl shows that currently the absolutely cheapest region for all motorists is the Lublin Voivodeship. This is where the prices of petrol, diesel and LPG reached the lowest levels in the country, amounting to PLN 6.34/l for 95-year petrol, PLN 6.78/l for diesel oil and PLN 3.57/l for autogas, respectively.

Where will we pay the most?
At the other extreme in terms of prices are residents of other parts of Poland who have to pay much more for travel. This is clearly visible in the official analyst summary:
“Refueling »95« is the most expensive in the Łódź and Podlaskie voivodeships, where its liter costs on average PLN 6.41. The highest price for the same amount of diesel oil is in Podkarpacie – PLN 6.87, and for autogas in Lower Silesia, the Opole region and Kujawy and Pomerania – PLN 3.75. — said the report.
Differences of a few cents per liter mean that with a full tank of 50 liters, drivers from more expensive regions leave even a few zlotys more at gas stations than their colleagues from the Lublin region. The market situation remains dynamic, and further directions of price changes will depend on stabilization on wholesale exchanges.
