A transgender Ukrainian kidnapped a baby from a maternity hospital: he explained his act by saying that he really wanted to have a child, but would never be able to give birth
Surveillance cameras filmed a woman leaving an establishment in Kremenchug with a package in her hands, the National Police said. After the arrest, it turned out that he was a 25-year-old transgender man.
He explained his action by saying that he really wanted to have a child, but could not give birth to one, so he decided to kidnap him.
After almost three days of searching, the baby was returned to his mother. Criminal cases of kidnapping of a minor and official negligence have been opened.
